Compatible appointment databases can be connected in read-only mode. The supplied product requirements describe YASASII testing; each deployment requires integration assessment. On-premise application hosting is available, while video and SMS involve external providers.

Every appointment, thoughtfully coordinated.

Microsoft Teams meetings are created automatically through the Microsoft Graph API. Each group-session participant receives an individual secure join link. Connected cancellations and reschedules trigger SMS updates, while cancelled join links show a clear explanation.

Clinicians manage sessions in a browser. Patients do not need a Teams account where meeting policies permit guest access. This HTML preview does not connect to Teams or send SMS.

Do we need an existing EMR?

No. bubblesMeet is designed to manage appointments and communications independently, with optional integration.

Do patients need an app or platform account?

Patients follow an SMS link and verify with a six-digit code. Account-free video access depends on configured meeting policies.

How do reminders work?

The product specification includes booking confirmation, an 8am day-of reminder and a reminder ten minutes before the appointment. This preview sends no SMS.
